Also known as Making Practice, this is the task-based outer activity that will deliver what you’re creating. You’ve set your intention: to make your millions, meet your mate, boost your business, write your book, get yourself fit, clear your debt ... whatever it is you most want right now. Use these maps to plan the daily and weekly tasks you need to do to make it happen.

These are activities and non-activities that enable us to let go of, or dissolve, thought for a while: night sleep, day sleep, deep relaxation, massage, restorative therapies like yin yoga. As our lives become ever more hectic and distracted, “intentional rest” becomes necessary to creative living. Use your maps to plan daily and weekly naps, relaxation and Inspiration Meditation sessions.
