As I said last time, I’m changing the direction of the blog, a little, going forward.   As well  bringing you advice on how to  be more creative and make more of life — more art, more money, more fun — I want it to be more of a blog in the original  conception of that word.  A weblog.

And what I want it to log is the day-to-day workings of my own creative process and projects.

Last April, my friend and colleague Joanna Penn gave me a copy of Austin Kleon’s book Show Your Work! 10 Ways To Share Your Creativity & Get Discovered as a birthday present.

It’s a great little book for any creative and it’s my intention this year to implement its advice and tell you more about what’s going on behind the scenes.

It’s going to be a big year from me, with #yeats2015 and other super- exciting projects planned, and many of you have said you would like more of an insight into my own process and  how I integrate my work for  The Alliance Independent Authors alongside the writing and teaching.

So thanks Jo!
