This tweet arrived today in my Twitter DM box: “Hi Orna, thanks for the quotes you tweet, especially your own ones. Have you collected these together anywhere?”
I was going to reply that I hadn’t and then I thought, you know I probably should, and next thing I knew, I had.
- Freethinking: asking questions that may not have answers. Belief or nonbelief: having answers that may not be questioned.
- It takes a great reader to make a great book.
- Success comes when your desire to achieve exceeds your fear of foolishness or failure.
- To let something go, it helps to know that you’re holding it.
- You say the world is made of atoms? I say
it’s made of stories. - In your judgements of others, you define yourself.
- How you do money is how you do life.
- My freedom frees you and yours, me.
- Choose an author as you would choose a friend.
- Go Creative! It’s Your Native State.
- The best leaders don’t say “I”. That’s because they don’t think “I”. They think “We”.
- Climb mountains in order to climb mountains. Write in order to write.
- To go where you want to go or love where you already are? Either is good; both is best.
- It’s never too late to have a creative childhood.
- Stop with the answers. Go back to the question.

- Religion is the theory; creativity is the practice.
- True intentions make you strong, wishful thinking makes you weak.
- If you can’t change your mind, you can’t change anything.
