Below is the map of my author business creative intentions Week 30 2019. Our theme for Creative Flow Practice this week is Optimising Creative Conditions. What conditions, inner and outer, do we need to create in order to produce and manifest what we most truly want?
As this post on my Instagram page puts it, the conditions that foster conscious creation must themselves be consciously created.
Conditions can be external: time and space, for example, the right equipment and tools, sufficient silence and solitude, the right people around you.
Or internal. That’s what we address in creative flow practice sessions. Giving our internal senses–perception, imagination, intuition, memory, insight some attention, so that creative flow can …. well… flow.
What do you need to introduce, transform, or let go to finish what you’re trying to make?
On Tuesday, we’ll look at the energies of block. On Wednesday at the energies of success. And on Thursday at the energies of manifestation.
Addressing those internal energies–and they are different for us all– is key to enjoying optimal creative conditions. When we get them right, we don’t have to do anything else. Flow arises, spontaneously.
Join us live at 7.30 London time or in replay anytime, wherever you are, in the Go Creative! Flow Practice group, to practice Inspiration Meditation and F-r-e-e-writing around these themes.
Mapping Creative Intentions Week 29, 2019
- MAKER: Sign off on the Go Creative! Quarterly Planner with my designer, the ever wonderful Jane Dixon-Smith, who is responsible for most of the sumptuousness you see around you here. Continue recording for the poetry audiobooks. Make a new poetry chapbook, Inspirational Poetry VI, from my ten latest poems.
- MANAGER: Get the transaction cart tech problems sorted and set up the affiliate pages. In Creative Flow Practice group, we’ll be meditating on, and f-r-e-e-writing about creative conditions: how to ensure we have the optimal inner and outer conditions for conscious creation.
- MARKETER: Upload a perma-free poetry book to all platforms, which will point to a lead-magnet for email sign-ups.
That’s what I’ll be up to. What about you? What will you be producing, processing or promoting this week? Do pop over to our Go Creative! in Business Facebook group, where we support and motivate each other. It’s completely free, there’s no selling or self-promotion, and you can leave anytime if it isn’t the right fit for you. You’ve nothing to lose and it may be just the creative boost you need.
In our Go Creative! in Business group, each Monday we outline our creative intentions to each other. And then we follow up on a Saturday with what we’ve actually accomplished during the week. What’s unique about our group is that our report is given under the three hats a creative entrepreneur must wear: that of Maker (who produces), Manager (who processes) and Maximizer (who promotes). Join the group to map your intentions and log your accomplishments.
